This draft explains the limited information TournaPay expects to collect for the public waitlist. TournaPay is an independent platform in planning and is not yet accepting tournament payments.

What we may receive

If you email the waitlist, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, and whether you are interested as an organizer or player. Please do not send payment details, government identity documents, or private phone numbers.

How we use it

We use waitlist messages to understand interest, respond to questions, and share relevant launch updates when appropriate. We do not sell waitlist information.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your waitlist message by emailing [email protected]. Product features and any future data practices will be reviewed and documented before launch.
